General Enenche has come under huge criticism for appearing in the list of Peter Obi campaign Council over lekki toll gate shootings.
The retired Army General said he has decided to speak out and not sit on the fence, calling on Nigerians of good conscience to do the same
“Consequently, I made bold to openly and objectively support the candidature of HE Mr Peter Obi and Dr Yusuf Ahmed-Datti without fear or contraction,” he said in statement obtained by Charity Reporters on Friday.
“This is what Nigeria needs now to overcome all the numerous challenges imposed on the citizenry in the last two decades.

Charity Reporters can categorically say that General Enenche feels remorseful over the lekki incident reports under his care and as such, even though under fire, still tender his commitment to supporting Peter Obi.
Meanwhile, Peter Obi being a leader that listen to the people, when Obidients said “No” to his appointment, Peter Obi obliged, with an apology and pledge to remain transparent and accountable.
