Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme picked his declaration of interest and nomination form for Enugu west senatorial zone.
Recall that groups earlier mandated Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme to vie for the position of a senator representing Enugu west senatorial zone, donating funds for the purchase of the form.

Addressing news men at the PDP national secretariat, Abuja, Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme thanked the Executive Governor Of Enugu state His Excellency Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi for creating a peaceful and smooth playing ground for all to participate in politics, as this will go a long way in producing credible leaders in the state and country.
He also recognized and thanked the groups that have stood with him in solidarity for journey so far, he also acknowledged the fact that this groups have faith and the believe in him to deliver the dividend’s of democracy to the good people of Enugu west senatorial zone.
Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme was accompanied by group of delegates from Enugu state who were also present to witness the process.
