APC CONVENTION: South East Mandate And APC Women Endorse Dr Betta Edu For National Women Leader
The National Contact and Mobilization women’s leader, representing South East Zone, Lolo Queen Nwankwo has endorsed the Candidacy of Dr Bella Edu as the National women’s leader of the party.
Lolo Queen Nwankwo made the endorsement on Friday through a statement which she personally signed and sent to newsmen.
She stated that, the decision follows a thorough assessment of Dr Bella’s personality, Ability to organise, coordinate and mobilise women as well as her notable wealth of experience in the areas of women empowerment and advocacy.
“We have agreed to support Dr Betta Edu to lead APC women.
“Dr Betta has over the years, been a good embodiment of women advocacy and empowerment.
“She has been a good ambassador of women’s active involvement in Political Affairs, great mother to women and a socialite.
“As a mobiliser, i have that woman with the ability to organise our women and bring out the Best in them”

Also speaking, The mainstream Chairman of the Enugu State chapter of the party, Comrade A C Ude, likewise the coordinator of South East Mandate, Chief Ocho Obodoeze joined the South South leaders, stakeholders and our First Lady to endorse Dr Betta Edu as the next National Women’s leader of the All Progressives Congress APC.
They stated that, Dr Edu is an industrious woman, full of energy and desire to work for the interest of women all the time.
They stated that, as a grassroot mobiliser, Dr Edu is a great bridge builder, wonderful women, and thus enjoined all the stakeholders from the entire country, to join hands in endorsing her for a better APC at all levels and location.
