A Nigerian policeman with a gun was seen hiding behind a wall as robbers looted two banks in Anyigba, Kogi State.

A report by Charity Reporters claimed that there was indiscriminate shootings during the robbery.

The robbery began at around 5 pm as the attackers robbed the two banks, firing shots as they made their getaway with stolen money.

Despite being armed, the policeman was caught on camera hiding behind a wall as NSCDC operatives engaged the robbers in a fierce gunfight.

A resident in the area responded in Pidgin to the policeman’s action, “Dem de collect boys. See him head. Na to de hid. Nonsense.”
