Bursaries For Tertiary Institution Students[Check Eligibility]
The founder/president of The Maurice Akueme Foundation; Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme has announced his intentions to resume the bursary disbursement to students of Udi from all tertiary institution of learning.
Maurice Akueme Foundation Annual Bursary Award For Udi Students
A statement he made during a conference meeting with his Nigeria team. He stated that all students are entitled to these bursaries and scholarships but however it barely come forth as a result of the decayed system practiced in Nigeria.
He said the bursary is meant for Udi students who are eligible. He encouraged all the students who are of Udi origin to apply while the names of the lucky ones will be published in batches of 25 by 4.
Date will be made available to press he said.
Recall that Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme last year also awarded bursaries of N20,000 each to 100 students of Udi descent and another 100 selected across the 17 local government areas of Enugu State in commemoration of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s 57th birthday. Scholarships was also awarded to about 100 secondary and primary school students across Enugu state.
