Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme Empowers Oji River Youths, Sponsors Start Up
Chief Maurice Akueme in his usual way of supporting the state government on youth development and empowerment has sponsored another youth development program.
Akueme through his foundation sponsored the youths of Oji River to acquire knowledge of different thriving skills such as 3D epoxy graphic floor design installation, 3D ceiling stretch installation, 3D, 5D, 8D wall installation, etc.
He didn’t just stop at sponsoring their training, he has also promised to guide and assist the youths until they get themselves a more meaningful life.
In a Chat with Charity Reporters the Oji River Director of MAF Opetations Hon. Bona Chinedu Mbah distinguished Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme from promise and failed politicians who have for a very long time kept the hopes of Oji River Youths high.
“Today we are receiving this training without paying a dime, this is one program we have pursued for ages but to no avail but here comes the messiah of our time, a non indigene of Oji River doing everything for our people most of which some of our illustrious sons have refused to do”.

He further narrated the numerous projects and programs single handedly sponsored by the founder of the Maurice Akueme Foundation within six months of its existence in Oji River Local Government Area.
Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme, through his philanthropic gestures has touched many lives in Oji River from all walks of life said Bona.

√ Filling of tanks of over 400 bikes for Okada riders cut across all towns in Oji River after sit-at-home order.
√ During coronavirus pandemic, he palliated over 100 families in Oji River with bags of Rice, tubers of yam and other food stuffs.
√ Construction of Speed breakers (bumbs) on a road that have claimed lives; Enugu Inyi and Alum/Ufuma
√ Sponsoring of Oji River Youths on 3D wallpaper installation design, etc.
