Effective Leadership Is Not About Making Speeches Or Being liked; Leadership Is Defined By Results Not Attributes

Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate and doubt to offer a solution everybody can understand.
The great philosophy of life is that men are always searching for light, and it takes a man with the golden years of experience and knowledge to be able to impact life on such a scale.

Discovery have led me by the spirit of insight to actually know someone who is blessed with the unique qualities of impactation, and abilities to outlive the norm of giving out truly from the wisdom-bank, there is no investment you can make which will pay you so well as the effort to scatter sunshine and good cheer through your community.

Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme is one man who has inspired this trail in an exceptional way thus making me believe in his value of judgement on the issues of leadership.

He is a servant-leader who is all about making the goals clear and then rolling his sleeves up and doing whatever it takes to help people win. In that situation, they don’t work for him, he works for them.

Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.

And he has paid that price so uniquely over the last decade, making him an outstanding philanthropist with an award to prove the claim that I have made here in this article.

I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel, so how can we forget how Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme made us feel.
