Eid-El-Maulud: CDS,General Christopher Musa Urges Muslims To Pray For Peace
The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, has called on Muslims in the country to pray for the peace and progress of Nigeria.
He expressed hope that through the support of Nigerians, insecurity in the country would be surmounted.
It read, “The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, heartily greets members of the Armed Forces of Nigeria as we celebrate Eid-El-Maulud.
This is as he pledged that the military would not stop in their effort to ensure peace returns to many parts of the country.
It is an opportunity to thank the Almighty Allah for His blessings, protection, and guidance, especially as He continues to protect us through these difficult and challenging times.
As a very important segment of the society, the AFN will continue to commit ourselves towards ensuring peace and stability in our country.
The CDS urges all Muslims to pray fervently to Almighty Allah for peace and progress in our country. He wishes us all happy and peaceful celebrations.
