When you do what you say, you earn the trust of your people. This assertion aptly refers to the Member Representing Nkanu East and West Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon Nnolim Nnaji.
A first timer at the Nigeria’s Lower Legislative Arm, otherwise known as the Green Chambers and Chairman House Committee on Aviation, Hon Nnolim Nnaji,Ozoigbondu as he is fondly called has performed excellently in a space of three years in the lower Chambers.
Recall that Hon Nnolim Nnaji was a former Commissioner for Special Duties in Enugu State at the age of 27, making him the youngest Commissioner ever in the political history of Enugu State. Subsequently, Hon Nnolim Nnaji was appointed as a Board Member of Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), South East Zone by President Goodluck Jonathan, a position he diligently utilized to create positive impact on the South East Roads.
The pharmacist turned politician has been visibly consistent in the Nigerian political scene, top of it is his emergence as the House of Representatives Member for Nkanu East and West Federal Constituency under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in 2019.
Hon Nnolim Nnaji’s entry into the National Assembly changed the Status Quo as he became one amongst the very few first timers to get one of the most powerful Committees in the House of Representatives, Aviation Committee.
Hon Nnolim Nnaji’s boldness, tenacity, doggedness and results-oriented nature earned him the Aviation Chairman, and ever since then he has never derailed from his mandate of delivering the promise he made to his people.
The tenacity of Hon Nnolim Nnaji was felt when in just few months into the Federal House the House Committee on Aviation under his leadership effected the upgrade of the famous Akanu Ibiam Airport, Enugu to an international standard.

Hon Nnolim Nnaji has performed wonders in Nkanu East and West Federal Constituency, some of which include, but not limited to provision of several transformers to Nkerefi, Nara, Ihuokpara, Akegbe Ugwu, Obe, Amaechi Idodo, Ugbawka, Amagunze, Akpawfu, Akpugo and Agbani Communities.
Installation of several solar energy lights in Nkerefi, Nara, Amagunze, Akpawfu, Akpugo, Nomeh, Mburubu, Amaechi Idodo, Obuofia, Amodu, Amurri, Agbani, Ohuani Onicha Agu, Obe, Ozalla, Umueze, Ihuokpara, Ishienu Amagunze, Ugbawka, Amankanu/Ubahu Communities respectively.
Cash empowerment of over 200 persons(Men and Women) in each of the 28 Wards of Nkanu East and West Federal Constituency.
COVID-19 pandemic intervention funds and grants to so many of his constituents.
Construction, reconstruction, renovations and furnishing of several primary schools in Nkanu East and West Federal Constituency.
Direct Empowerment, Job Recruitment and Humanitarian Services.
It is worthy to note that Hon Nnolim Nnaji has assisted many of his Constituents to secure Federal and State jobs.
Hon Nnolim Nnaji believes in hatching opportunities for the good of his people.
These and many more Constituency projects attracted and executed by Ozoigbondu has prompted his people to nickname him Mr Project.
It is also important to note that some of the leading opposition parties in Enugu State did not field Candidates for House of Representatives in Nkanu East and West Federal Constituency due to Hon Nnolim Nnaji’s popularity and acceptability by his people.
It is most sagacious to state that vying against Hon Nnolim Nnaji is a total waste of resources by any opposition party because Ozoigbondu who is ATIKULATELY endorsed is BATistically admired, KWANKWASIOUSLY loved and OBIDIENTLY wanted by the Electorates.
Hon Nnolim Nnaji does what he says and says what he will do, hence, the opposition parties have adopted him as their consensus candidate for the good people of Nkanu East and West Federal Constituency.
