The journey to a greater and revamped student community began on February 6th, 2020 when the 15-member national executive council of the National Council of Enugu State Students (NACESS-WW) was inaugurated at the Enugu College of Education Technical (ESCET).
The newly inducted council was led by her National president, Amb. Hon. Comr. Onah Joseph Onyeamaechi (JP).
It will be recalled that in his inaugural speech, the renowned student’s leader who is committed to the advancement of the indigenous student body stated that his administration would strive to change the narrative and make sure that the council is returned to her glory days using all capacity available to its administration.

This has been shown through his provision and promises made which are audible to the deaf and visible to the blind as to how his administration has fulfilled everyone it has made.
Most recently, in prioritizing that the students have an official office/secretariat to coordinate as well as efficient carrying out her activities for the betterment of all and sundry. He also appreciated all the members of its leadership structure for accepting to serve the state students’ community selflessly.
