Rope Now A Means Of Transport In Flooded Areas At Bayelsa

 

Commuters who wanted to reach Ahoada in Rivers State, from Bayelsa State, had to wade through waist-high water to pass through the flooded road.

 

In this video, citizens used ropes to guide and stabilise themselves on the watery journey. In the harsh situation however, a young man still found reasons to smile as he held a lady on the journey to prevent her from falling in the water.
