Senator Kelvin Chukwu Makes Jamb Free For Constituents As He Sets To Pay Registration Fees For At Least 300 Applicants [How To APPLY]
Senator Chukwu believes that Education is a key enhancer of national unity, development, peace and security.
The Senator representing Enugu East Senatorial Zone, Kelvin Chukwu has opted to pay for jamb registration fees of at least 300 applicants in his constituency.
CharityReporters confirms that the Senator wishes to cushion the difficulties in acquiring decent education in Nigeria, premiering the course in his constituency, he made this known in a phone interview with men of the press.
Senator Chukwu, who is representing Enugu East Senatorial Zone in the 10th Assembly, has approved the full payment of Joint Admissions And Matriculation Board, JAMB Fees for over 300 aspiring candidates in the Six Local Government areas of the Zone. This is in his continuos zeal to enhance education and admission of successful candidates into various higher institutions of choice, across the country.
Senator Chukwu believes that Education is a key enhancer of national unity, development, peace and security.
While directing that special consideration be given to orphans and indigent applicants as well as the physically challenged, the law maker also posits that giving youths access to quality education will build the economy and enhance development all round, and as well reduce crime and social vices to minimal.

To the effect, A 7-man committee headed by Dr. Ene Nwannaji, has been inaugurated with the mandate of collating and screening prospective applicants for the exercise.

Senator Chukwu who promised to monitor the academic progress of the would-be-successful applicants and continue to assist them, mandates the committee to deliver within the time-frame.

Kelvin Chukwu is a Nigerian politician of the Labour Party and senator representing Enugu East Senatorial District. The Labour Party nominated him as a replacement to his elder brother Oyibo Chukwu who was assassinated three days before the 25 February presidential and National Assembly elections.
