Show of Gratitude and Testimonials as Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme’s Goodwill Did Not Start Today

By Patricia Okoroafor  O

Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme’s goodwill and showers of blessing upon the less privileged didn’t start today.

It is easier to maintain what/who you are than trying to become what/who you are not, this is evident in Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme who is naturally endowed with goodwill, this is also evident in his ever ceaseless, charming smiles.

Are you aware that in Benue state; this man known as Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme caters for the “Persons with Disability”…

This efforts provoked the Joint National Association of Persons With Disability(JONAPWD) in 2019 to pen down this letter to Chief Akueme in show of gratitude.

Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme is still taking care of these persons till date.

Are you also aware that Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme also feeds and takes care of people living in various camps of the Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs) such as Benue, Nassarawa, Lugbe in Abuja, Adamawa, etc.

Are you also aware that Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme has a free tailoring school in Calabar, Cross River state where the less privileged are placed to learn fashion designing after which they are empowered to become independent, then they are also encouraged to admit and train other less privileged persons while Chief Akueme empowers them through his Maurice Akueme Foundation; these feats are channeled down to what I call “Chain Empowerment”.

All these he started in the UK, Uganda, a few other countries, then to some other states in Nigeria before lowering down to Enugu where he has become the new darling of Enugu youths, if given the chance, this is the kind of man we need in the political circle.
