The Challenge Star Actress Suzan Mutesi And Hop Dao Are Set To Star In Australian Director And Producer Daniel Okoduwa‘s Newest Film, Sanctuary Pariahs

Australian film Director cum producer, Daniel Okoduwa is again assembling casts and crews for his upcoming project Sanctuary Pariahs after the popular adventure flick, “Survive or Die”.

In an exclusive interview with Charity Reporters, Okoduwa said that Sanctuary Pariahs is a bridge builder and set to film in Australia. The new project is about a sanctuary for many people fleeing the state of nature in the old countries, he Said.

However, within this sanctuary are people trapped in the past and frozen in the present. There is an imaginary real Sub-city where only those termed pariahs live.

Suzan Mutesi credits: An internationally known Tv series “The challenge”. Suzan had a cameo appearance in the famous film: Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Featured in movies like MoonRock for Mondays, Ruby’s Choice, lady Ifrita and Irrationale which is rumoured to star Hollywood actor Cuba good junior.

Suzan Mutesi will be staring alongside Vietnamese -Australian actress HOP DAO, a versatile actress who has played numerous characters in films such as Justine Time” – screened at Kino Sydney, “Parallax Errors”, “Autopsy”, and on 7mate in the Australian cult comedy TV series titled “Local Council”, to be aired next year.

Los Angeles-based film producer and director Trevor Morgan Doyle is best known for producing Mongolia’s 2019 entry to the Oscars. Trevor is a co-producer of Sanctuary Pariahs with Daniel Okoduwa.

Trevor is also known for Finland’s first superhero film, “Rendel: Dark Vengeance”, and the success and horror/thriller “Aberrance”, premiering at the festival giant South By Southwest in the prestigious Midnighters section.

Daniel Okoduwa is a Sydney based African – Australian film director, producer and screenwriter.

In 2002, Daniel first tried his hands on filmmaking when he got his friends together for a feature titled ‘Death is a Diamond.’ The film tells of a bunch of diamonds that were illegally smuggled into Australia from Africa, thus making him the first African to ever produce a film in Australia.

Daniel would later team up with Korean born and Sydney based filmmaker Mike Kang to produce a drama titled ‘Gossip Nation’, a film that earned him the best emerging film producer at THE SPA AWARDS (Screen Producers of Australia) in 2012.

The SPA AWARDS earned Daniel a trip to the AFM in Santa Monica, California, USA. His trip to Hollywood exposed him to a new way of thinking and writing.

By late 2015 Daniel began writing Survive or Die, once again inviting his friend Mike Kang to help bring the story to reality, which featured one of Nigeria’s Popular child comedienne, Emmanuella Samuel.
