Breaking: US Court Orders CSU To Release Tinubu’s Academic Records To Atiku

Tinubu’s Academic Records…..

A United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois has ordered Chicago State University (CSU) to release the academic records of President Bola Tinubu to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

The order was issued on September 19, 2023, by Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Gilbert. Abubakar had filed a lawsuit against CSU in June 2023, seeking to compel the university to release Tinubu’s academic records.

Abubakar argued that he needed Tinubu’s academic records to support his challenge to Tinubu’s electoral victory in the 2023 presidential election. Abubakar had alleged that Tinubu forged his academic records.

CSU had opposed Abubakar’s request, arguing that it was bound by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which protects the privacy of student records. However, the court ruled that FERPA does not apply to academic records that are subpoenaed in a legal proceeding.

The court ordered CSU to release Tinubu’s school records to Abubakar by September 21, 2023. However, Tinubu has filed an appeal against the court’s order. The appeal is still pending.

The outcome of this case could have a significant impact on the 2023 presidential election. If Abubakar is able to obtain Tinubu’s academic records, it could provide evidence to support his allegations of forgery. This could lead to Tinubu’s disqualification from the election.

It is important to note that Tinubu has denied all allegations of forgery. He has said that his claims are genuine.

The public is eagerly awaiting the outcome of this case, as it could have a major impact on the 2023 presidential election.
