In as much as Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme Is the sole funder of the Maurice Akueme Foundation (MAF) he has never taken the credit for his efforts, he said and I quote “it is God and the effort of my team”.

Developing them requires collaborations and adjustments by many parts of organizations and the networks surrounding them. Entrepreneurial opportunities do not respect territories; they do not present themselves in the boxes established on organizational charts. The more rigid the walls… the less likely it is that people will venture out of their boxes to try something new. It is up to… leaders to encourage others to open their minds and tap the power of partnering within organizations as well as across them.
Maurice Akueme foundation today is an embodiment of true collaborative effort where all team members function and Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme who is a venture philanthropist has created a platform where ideas are born daily to execute the mission of Touching Humanity, reaching out to the less previlege and and being charitable.

I still don’t know what it really means to grow up. However, if I happen to meet you, one day in the future, by then, I want to become someone you can be proud to know because I have learned to be charitable and generous.Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.
