Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme Has Ignited A Generous Collaboration With The Youths By Being Exemplar.
Instruction is good for a child; but example is worth more.
Exemplary leadership is by far more honorable to mention in our current sphere of influence where the youth are looking for someone to look unto and then came Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme who has in all ramifications met the qualities of a role model for the current youths of our day.
He is humble, respectful and charismatic.
Being an example to others is a requirement of following Jesus, even though none of us will ever be a perfect example.
To possess effective natural leadership abilities is one of life’s greatest assets and in my little understanding of the person of Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme am convinced that he possess all qualities unquestionably.
People are inspired by action. So, when it comes to charity work and leadership, leaders should always remember that it is a lot easier to encourage others to join in on an effort if they see you doing it.
And in our current time of reporting charity, one name that has consistently and constantly kept popping up was that of Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme, Njikokamma I of Enugu state and and currently the Oji Ulo Eme Ogo 1 of Nenwenta Enugu state.
Leadership is influence – nothing more and nothing less. If a person is able to influence another to take some course of action, they are a leader,Period.
And another quick one to note is the fact that not only has Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme influenced the youth of his day he has also influenced the inborn charitable gestures of the young ladies of his day who have decided out the example of Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme to go out to the villages to take care of the elderly in their different communities.
One action of motivation is difinitely resulting into something worth emulating.
When you have a leader who models the way and pulls the vision from the front however, each individual link (person) tends to follow in a beautiful straight line.
Setting an example is not the main means of influencing others, it is the only means.
Make it your business to draw out the best in others by being an exemplar yourself.
An ounce of practice is worth more than tons of preaching.
Nothing speaks like results. If you want to build the kind of credibility that connects with people, then deliver results before you deliver a message. Get out and do what you advise others to do. Communicate from experience.
Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme has started a wild fire of charity in the current groom of youths today and everyone else is doing same and they are out there now looking for every opportunity to be charitable.
Many youths from the Maurice Akueme Foundation (MAF) have started making a point, they wake up early take care of the house by sweeping and cleaning up the environment before stepping out for the day, indeed charity begins at home.
Be the change you want to see in the world.
And it takes something or someone to trigger that change and indeed Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme has brought the action that is bringing out this positive reaction.
I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge you to join the ranks of those people who live what they teach, who walk their talk.
Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one.
