Finally, Peter Obi Speaks On The Ekweremadus Organs Saga, Tweeps React Over Comment[PHOTOS]

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party has tweeted his response to the Ekweremadus Organs saga.

Charity Reporters had reported that the former deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu have just been denied bail by Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court in London

Ike Ekweremadu and his wife will remain in custody till 7th July

Former deputy Senate President and former Governorship aspirant, Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Nwanneka Beatrice, have been charged with conspiring to bring a child to the UK in order to harvest organs, the Metropolitan Police said.

Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu, 55, and Ike Ekweremadu, 60, have been remanded in custody and will appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today.

Charges were brought against the couple following an investigation by the Metropolitan Police’s Specialist Crime team.

A child has now been safeguarded.

Sky News had reported that the investigation was launched after detectives were alerted to potential offences under modern slavery legislation in May 2022.

Recall, that Charity Reporters also reported that Ike Ekweremadu made certain uttereances against the candidacy of Mr. Peter Obi saying that the entire South East will vote for Atiku, they won’t risk wasting their votes on Peter Obi because he cannot win the presidency.

Mr. Peter earlier this morning took to his verified Twitter handle to commiserate with the Ekweremadus especially his ailing daughter, Sonia.
