In the Maurice Akueme Foundation ICT Center under the care of Mr. Chinazaekpere Madu, the students are taught the basics of computer, graphics design, web design and coding and a lot more, at the end of the session, certificates are issued.

This feat will help the rural dwellers to become computer literates and as well placed to compete with the urban dwellers who have every access to computer literacy.

The Maurice Akueme Foundation (MAF) tech hub has empowered over 2,000 rural dwellers.

Speaking to the ICT Director, Mr Chinazaekpere Madu, he confirmed that the Maurice Akueme Foundation ICT Tech-Hub is richly equipped with desktop computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, projectors.

He also confirmed that the learning environment is very conducive for ICT and Human Resource training.

“This unit has been created by the founder/president, Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme to see that our rural dwellers become computer and ICT gurus, and to compete with other international counterparts, he has richly equipped the center with desktop computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, projectors and what have you.

“Over 2,000 rural dwellers have been trained on proper use of the computer, graphic design, coding, web designing, among other related subjects.
