Damian Iorhen Adagba’s childhood was a series of unexpected adventures that shaped his resilient spirit and ignited his thirst for exploration. Born into the family of Clement Uga Adagba Agbo, growing up in a rural town, Damian spent most of his days exploring the Catholic Church’s tradition and values not too far from his home, immersing himself in the wonders of nature and developing a deep connection with the Church and environment. He enrolled for Altar Boys Association at a tender age of 9, an association that assists Priests and lay faithful during Masses and Religious activities. This transformative experience ignited a commitment to his love for God which fueled his determination to make a positive impact to serve God in his vine yard as a priest, an ambition which wasn’t fruitful by the reason of some circumstances beyond control.
EDUCATION
Adagba Damian Iorhen is a Graduate of Business Management from the prestigious Benue State University Makurdi, a Chartered Manager with the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), in his quest to be a better person in the society; Damian attended the Young Leadership Academy at the Keep it Real Foundation ((KIRF) and was certified as a Young Leader in 2016, Damian has received several trainings. He is a trained and certified Forensic Accountant with Triumph Institute, Design Driven Entrepreneurship certification from Yali Network, obtained a trained Brand Manager certification from Young Entrepreneurs of Nigeria and a certificate from Yali Network on understanding the Rights of women and Girls.
Damian Adagba’s educational journey began at Christ The King Nursery and Primary School, where his curiosity and passion for Business and Entrepreneurship were nurtured through participation in Trade/Business fairs and environmental activities. At St Peter’s Secondary School, Damian excelled in Commerce, Economics, Agriculture and Biology. Pursuing a degree in Business Management at Benue State University, Damian immersed himself in a diverse range of courses focused on Business, Accounting and Entrepreneurship. He also contributed to the society through a non-profit and non-governmental organization SIFE an acronym for Students in Free Enterprise, organizing events and workshops to promote Business and environmental awareness and actively participating in field studies on preservation and habitat restoration. Damian’s educational experiences shaped his dedication to Business, Entrepreneurship and environmental stewardship and prepared him for a career in protecting and preserving the natural world.

Damian Adagba’s professional journey has been defined by his unwavering commitment to innovation and his exceptional leadership skills. After earning his degree in Business Management, Damian joined a renowned tech company Zabit Nigeria Limited where he quickly established himself as a top performer, taking on challenging projects and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Recognizing his talent and entrepreneurial spirit, Damian founded an industrial Cleaning and Chemical/Solid Waste Management company “Iordamcy Enterprises“; a startup that disrupted the industry with its groundbreaking products and services. Under his guidance as CEO, the company achieved remarkable success, securing major partnerships and attracting a loyal customer base. Damian’s relentless drive for excellence and his ability to navigate the ever-evolving environmental landscape continued to position him as a respected leader in the field, inspiring others and shaping the future of the industry, he co-founded another company Dami-ann Limited in 2020.
Damian worked as Sales Coordinator with Zabit Nigeria Limited from 2014-2015, Damian after his Compulsory one Year National Youth Service was employed as an Administrative Officer Contakt Atlanta Limited in 2017 and in 2019 he Rose to the position of Administrative Officer a position he worked for just two years, in 2022 he was gainfully employed by Pumpking Oilfield Services Ltd. A Port Harcourt based oil servicing company. Damian is an Entrepreneur and a Politician.
