Peter Obi Is Our Best Candidate Ever In The History Of Nigeria ~ Fr Augustine Odinkalu Writes Fr Ejike Mbaka Over Utterances Against Peter Obi
My big and elder brother, good morning. I praise God for your gift even this morning. I am Fr. Odinkalu a brother in the prophetic, priestly and kingly ministry. I refrain from talking too much to know more of God’s mystical powers and ways. You are a bigger and nobler prophet. I thought it necessary after a prayerful reflection to write you.
Moses was called God’s friend and the meekest because he even chose not only to be dishonoured but to be taken out of existence to spare his people. He interceded each time God routed to let lose his wrath. He didn’t consider himself nor his public image worth more than the people’s welfare. As priests, I reckon we are victims of misunderstanding and often calumny. Jesus Christ emptied himself even to the place of a slave.
Peter Obi is our best candidate ever in the history of Nigeria. The charade during the Bazaar at your house should not have happened if indeed he is your friend. He donates many places in his way, after all your right hand should not know what your left offered. That taken as unfortunate, was it not simply priestly to intercede for Mr. Peter Obi who has proven to carry the interest and the mandate of the poor you fight for all these years? It would’ve been more dignifying to visit Obi and make up privately with him. You are a prophet, he is not. He is an asset we all need including you. We need him now more than ever. You saw what Buhari made of us. Obi’s records chronicle more of praises than indignities. The video making the rounds is making most of us put down our faces in shame. Dede Mbaka please this outrage can be handled in the most nice way if you reach out to Obi and let the public have peace. Mr. Obi is one of a kind.
Elijah destroyed Jezebel and the family of Ahab. Obi has not called out for battle even from those who deride him. See how the public fight his battles. Let the priestly oil bless and not curse, build and not tear down, support the Obi mass movement and not destroy it. The poor you shepherd want Obi, need Obi, demand for Obi. It’s a contradiction that you pray for the poor to be remembered now the vessel of honor is ready, you are out to destroy it. Not fair I must submit dear brother Mbaka. I pray for you. Anger is not a virtue. Our Master said forgive them for they know not what they do. Let live and live.
