Who is Hon Chinedu Kenn Onyeagba (Omex Global) ? A Sneak Peek at His Qualities

Hon. Chinedu Kenn S. Onyeagba (Omex Global) was Born on the 14th day of April, 1976 to the family of Late Ozo Herbert Ekebike and Adaozo Mabel Onyeagba of Amaetiti Achi in Oji River Local Government Area of Enugu State.

He commenced his educational journey at the Oji River Urban central primary school, where he was a pupil from 1981 to 1987.

Thereafter, he proceeded to Corpus Christi College Achi, and Community Boys Secondary School, Ugwuoba, where he completed and obtained his junior and Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) respectively.

Despiteh achievements, as a man who appreciate and knows the value of education, he went back to school and graduated from the University of Abuja, after completing his 5 years course, he obtained a B.sc in the year 2016.

Hon. Chinedu Onyeagba joined his late father at the Oji River wonderful market (as a meat merchant) after his secondary education.

Dedication and determination Distinguished young Chinedu Onyeagba among his contemporaries, prompting him to take over; create major impact and transform his father’s business into a very competitive level before he started his own. With his little savings, and quest for greener pastures; Hon. Chinedu relocated from Oji wonderful market to Onitsha main market, where he went to learn fabrics trade. He also migrated to Kano state, where he attempted actualising his dream on the sales of motorcycle spare parts. His prudence paved the link to travel from Kano to China, where he became a major importer of motorcycle spare parts to Nigeria.

In the year 2002, he registered his first company – Omex Global Logistics and Services LTD; which became a major transport and logistics company between China and Nigeria. As a goal getter, Hon.Chinedu Onyeagba remained focused on his dream of becoming a major stakeholder in Nigeria economy, this made him to build his first world class M21 hospitality home and M21 ARENA in Lagos state in the year 2006.

Presently, Hon. Chinedu Onyeagba is the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of five other registered and glowing companies in Nigeria, namely;

✓ Michi Properties Nig Ltd have within the shortest time frame, grown to become a major Properties Company in Enugu State and Nigeria at large, with its head office at 112 ogui Road, Enugu, Enugu state.

✓ His quest for excellence stimulated him into locating gigantic estates in Enugu, Abuja and Lagos.
He has already kicked off the Gwagwalada staff housing estate in Abuja, which is currently at a very appreciable advanced stage; the Olympic shopping plaza in Oji River Urban and Abuja International Trailer Garage.

✓ Chinedu Onyeagba through his Omex Global Foundation, solemnly aimed at impacting the lives of the people positively through committed and timely empowerments and supports; has recorded the following achievements:

• Provision of complete office gadgets for students of Enugu State Law school Agbani.

• Employment of about Thirty six of Oji River indegens both in Nigeria and in China.

• Sponsored free medical Outreach and provisions of drugs for the people of Oji River Local Government area.

• Sponsored the students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka for their 2017 student week programme.

• Monthly cash donation of one hundred thousand naira (N100,000,00) for the less privileged in Oji River urban, since April 2016, this feat is still in existence.

• Donation of four power
generators on a monthly raffle draw in Oji River Urban, from April 2017 till date.

• Donation of 1 million naira for school desks to Oji River primary school pupils who sit on the floor during classes.

• Sponsored football competitions between school campuses in Oji River and the urban community.

• Provision of motorcycles as youth empowerment in Oji River Urban.

• Financial donations to individuals, churches, organizations, and community development.

• Donated 500,000 naira as start up fund to an accident victim who was amputated in Oji River urban to give the his family a means of livelihood.

• Donation of 300,000 naira for free health insurance for the people Oji River.

• Genuine youth Empowerment in Oji River through agricultural grants and aids and many more.
