“You Are Now Our Responsibility” ~ Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme Encourages Major Surgery Patient
Last Sunday, the Maurice Akueme Foundation paid a follow up visit to a lady who went through a major surgery in Ezeagu.
As directed by the founder Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme his Nigeria team visited with welfare package such as cash, provisions and other food stuffs to ameliorate hardship and to enable the said lady abstain from hard meals haven gone through surgery hence still on the healing processes.

According to Chief Maurice Akueme during the visit, he made it clear to the family of the lady that henceforth she is the responsibility of the Maurice Akueme Foundation; “you are henceforth our responsibility” Chief Akueme adopted her as one of her daughters with plans under ways to fully empower her with a new business.
Reacting; the family of the lady in Amankwo Oghe, Ezeagu LGA expressed joy disclosing that all their life nobody has ever remembered the family, father to the surgery person prayed for Akueme and the entire charity organization of MAF.

Recall that two weeks ago, Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme paid in full the hospital bill of the patient identified as Ukamaka Obodoanyi when she was recommended for an emergency surgery which required N100,000 in advance.
The N100,000 was immediately approved by Akueme as at the time he got the report while other outstanding for the surgery were also paid off.
Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme according to his Media Chief while describing him to news men; “he is a man with the heart of gold”.
