Akueme Rewards Outstanding Performance and Dedication to Service

It was indeed another day of joy and merriment at the Maurice Akueme Foundation’s Head Office when the founder/president rewarded MAFites who deserve them.
Apart from empowering youths, alleviating poverty and palliating the vulnerable and the downtrodden, Akueme through his MAF also encourages hard work and dedication to service.

While token of 10,000 was rewarded to four MAF Award winners each for 2020 for outstanding performance, Amaka Ozougwu the Foundation’s National Chief Welfare Officer bagged the star prize of 100,000 for Dedication to service.
Recall that December 2020 Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme had set a challenge with unannounced prize tag.
The Challenge tagged “MAF Christmas challenge was initiated by the founder and president of MAF with the major aim to check members who possesses the spirit of giving especially to the poor.
Lady amaka however turned out to be the only MAFite who genuinely carried out the challenge.
Madu also reiterated on Akueme’s unwavering welfare packages for dedicated members and his generosity to the poor and the needy.
Speaking further, he commended the founder and president for not relenting in generosity even at this difficult time of lock down in the United Kingdom as a result of the novel Corona virus.
Speaking with the president Chief Akueme, he reiterated total support to the Executive Governor of Enugu State Rt Hon Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi in poverty alleviation, Human capital and community development.
He said the secret of getting rich is giving.
