Chief Justice of Nigeria Resigns
The Chief Justice of Nigeria CJN, Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad, who was appointed on 22 March 2019 has resigned on health grounds.
Tanko’s resignation is coming days after Some of the supreme court judges levelled some accusations against him for Funds diversion.
Tanko was appointed by the Buhari’s administration amidst controversies between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the former Chief Justice.
