2023 Election – PDP Cannot Win 2023 Presidential Election Without My Help – Nyesom Wike
Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, has stated that without his help, the People’s Democratic Party cannot win the 2023 presidential election.
Governor Wike warned that the PDP would lose if he and the other four Governors in his camp decided to quit.
Samuel Ortom, the governor of Benue State, Seyi Makinde, Okezie Ikpeazu, the governor of Abia State, and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, the governor of Enugu State, all support Governor Wike.
The camp of the Rivers State Governor has been calling for the resignation of the National Chairman of the party, Iyorchia Ayu.
Wike said:-
“If I leave the party today, PDP cannot win the election. If the five PDP governors say they are leaving today, we are not just ordinary governors, we are very committed and strong.
“There is nobody that want to win election and still continue the way they are doing. I have supported many states financially to win election in the past, including Plateau, Ondo, Cross Rivers and they cannot deny it”
