Eto’o Declared Biological Father Of 22-Year-Old Spanish Woman[tps_footer][/tps_footer]
A Madrid court on Thursday proclaimed former Barcelona striker, Samuel Eto’o, as the biological dad of a 22-year-old Spanish lady, Erika Do Rosario Nieves.
Eto’o proclaimed himself in absentia and didn’t attend to the proof presented against him in court.
This has been demonstrated to EFE by lawyer Fernando Osuna, who was accountable for the legal representation of Nieves’ claim in 2018. Nieves’ mom and Eto’o met, according to the claim, in a Madrid dance club in 1997, when the Cameroon legend was on loan at Leganes.
The mother revealed that, during the pregnancy, she attempted to speak with the former Chelsea attacker, but he didn’t answer her calls or messages.
She gave biological proof that supported her declaration, which caused the judge to concede the claim, despite the fact that Eto’o never met the court’s requirements.
Eto’o should now pay Nieves 1,400 euros each month, including retroactive payments since the lawsuit was filed.
