Serial Goat Thief Apprehended

In a significant breakthrough, the Kaduna State Police Command has apprehended a suspected thief with a penchant for stealing goats in Pasali Konu village of Kagarko Local Government Area in the state. The arrest was made by a joint team comprising the police surveillance unit and vigilant community members on Saturday.

According to ASP Mansur Hassan, the Police Public Relations Officer for the command, the arrest transpired during a visibility patrol conducted by the surveillance team and local vigilantes on November 11, around 0430hrs. The 20-year-old suspect, a resident of Igwa village in Kagarko LGA, was taken into custody following the operation.

Hassan commended the collaborative efforts between the police and the vigilant community members, highlighting the importance of such partnerships in maintaining local security and curbing criminal activities.
