Car Robber Arrested And Sent To Jail
A 21-year-old man, Raphael Johnson, has been arraigned before a High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos State, for alleged armed robbery and car-snatching.
Johnson, who was arraigned before Justice Yetunde Adesanya on Thursday, is facing two counts of conspiracy and armed robbery.

The state prosecuting counsel, Olayemi Shofolu, told the court that the defendant and others still at large, conspired among themselves to commit the offences.
Shofolu said the defendant committed the offences on August 2, 2021, around 9:30pm at Freedom Way, Lekki, Lagos State.
The prosecutor also told Justice Adesanya that the defendant, while armed with a gun, allegedly robbed a man of his white Toyota Corolla with number plate JJJ 242 FW and other valuables.
Other items stolen from the victim were his iPhone, ATM card, iPod and money.
However, the defendant pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Consequently, the judge adjourned the case till January 16, 2023 for the commencement of trial.
Our correspondent had reported that the defendant, alongside his accomplice, now at large, attacked the owner of a Toyota Corolla and extorted N20,000 from the victim.
