Nigeria at 60: Njikokamma, MAFnation Independent Day message

Today as we celebrate Nigeria at 60, Honorable Mike CJ Madu have released his own voice in appreciation to God, our leaders and all that matters in the making of Nigeria, with special reference to Enugu state.

The National Coordinator/Director of programs; Maurice Akueme Foundation who also holds the revered position as Director General Njikokamma Movement for Gburugburu in his independent day message on behalf of The Maurice Akueme Foundation, he said;

“we celebrate our leaders.

We celebrate the martyrs of our democracy, those that were instrumental to the establishment of Nigeria.

We celebrate our heroes and our ancestors.

We remember the leaders of the past, both the living and the dead. We remember you all, who contributed to the shaping of the present day Nigeria.

On this special epochmaking occasion, We wish to salute the Government of Enugu State; we appreciate the works of the Executive Governor Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Gburugburu) who has demonstrated extraordinary leadership capabilities; in continuity of the good projects of previous administrations, and making Enugu state the most peaceful in a nation where violence has become a way of life.

We also wish to salute distinguished senator Ike Ekweremadu the former deputy Senate president and senator representing Enugu West senatorial zone for being at the fore front of Nation building and egalitarian services.

We also wish to celebrate our own Hon Amadi Dennis Oguerinwa; member representing Udi/Ezeagu in the Federal House of Representatives for his positive representation of ndi Udi/Ezeagu.

Special Independence greetings to my Mayor Honorable Pascal Ifeanyi Agu; the chairman of Udi Local Government Council.

Special salutation to Chief Maurice Emeka Akueme, The
Njikokamma Enugu State and founder/president Maurice Akueme Foundation.

The Rt.Honorable Uche Ugwu; deputy speaker Enugu state House of assembly representing Udi North(The pride of Udi LGA), Hon. Chuka Eneh; member Enugu State House of Assembly representing Udi South(Isokwe), Our traditional rulers and Council members, past and present leaders of Enugu state, the Clergymen in their hierarchy.
