The tribunal, in a unanimous decision delivered on Friday, October 6, 2023, held that the election was marred by irregularities and that Sule was not duly elected.
The tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue a certificate of return to Ombugadu as the duly elected governor of Nasarawa State.
